Simple Steps to Avoid Illnesses and Save Lives

Especially during cold and flu season, the importance of effective respiratory hygiene and hand hygiene to reduce the spread of disease and illness cannot be overstated. Help promote the hygiene awareness to educate others on the simple steps they can do to avoid spreading diseases. Below are education materials that can be downloaded and printed. Additional materials such as posters and cling-ons (self-sticking signs) can be ordered free of charge.

Influenza Information

Norovirus Information - Noroviruses are highly contagious and can cause people to have gastronenteritis, an inflammation of the stomach and intestines. Hand washing is highly recommended to protect yourself and others from getting and spreading noroviruses.
