Cognitive Behavioral Strategies for Mothers: This CBT worksheet is designed to support new mothers in building resilience, enhancing emotional well-being, and navigating the joys and challenges of motherhood with confidence.

Tips for anxiety, stress: This resource is designed to help identify, understand, and manage the common stressors and anxieties that come with caring for a newborn.

Tips for managing sleep: This worksheet provides practical strategies and tips to a birthing parent to facilitate rest and maintain well-being during the  postpartum period.

Online Resources from PSI: This resource provides links to the Peer Mentor Program, Chat with an Expert, and Online Support Meetings services of Postpartum Support International.

Pertussis (Whooping Cough)

Pertussis is on the rise. We strongly recommend that CPSP providers offer/refer pregnant patients for Tdap during 3rd trimester to protect newborns from pertussis. Visit CPSP website or to learn more about what your office can do to prevent pertussis.
